Cancellations
You can cancel your order at any time prior to postage/loading for delivery

Returns
If goods are found damaged on receipt please contact us immediately to arrange a return. If you wish to return your item for any other reason you must return the item suitably packaged and posted at your expense within 14 days of receipt. We will refund your payment within 10 days of receipt here.

Privacy
We will not disclose your details to any third parties unless required by law to do so or unless you give authority to do so

Accuracy of web content
We have taken every care to ensure that we have given accurate and appropriate descriptions of our products at the time of publishing. Most Colporter items are not new and we advise customers to arrange a viewing in advance of purchase if they want to be assured of the condition of the vintage items we sell. The total cost of your order is the price of the products ordered and delivery charges as set out in the delivery options section of this website.
While the colour reproduction is a close representation, every piece is individual and variations in actual goods may occur.

Acknowledgement and acceptance of your order
We will notify you by email as soon as possible to acknowledge receipt of your order and to provide you with an order number. If we are unable to fulfil your order following this acknowledgement, we will contact you by email or telephone advising you of this. Our acceptance of your order will take place upon despatch of the product(s) ordered. We may not accept your order if we have identified a product or pricing error or if we are unable to obtain authorisation for your payment. Please note that we reserve the right to reject any offer to purchase by you at any time.

Availability
All items are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if the goods you have ordered are not available.

Inspection
On recipt you should inspect the products. You will be deemed to have accepted the order unless you notify us upon receipt that there is a problem or you cancel your order in accordance with your cancellation right and / or you return the goods in accordance with our returns policy and procedure. If you fail to take such action, we are not obligated to accept any rejection by you of the goods at a later date.

Payment
Payment can be made by paypal, direct bank transfer or cheque. Items will not be despatched until we hold cleared funds.
