This is a New York Subway Rollsign for the Route 1-9 as part of the IND Subway dating back to the 1930s. 207th St is in the Northern Manhattan area known as Washington Heights/Inwood, where the A train goes now. 168th St is also Northern Manhattan, where the C train goes now.
A wonderful vintage item, with some signs of age on the linen Rollsign which only add to this one-off item.
This item has been custom framed in a bevelled black wooden frame. Dimensions W54cm x H79CM.
